"It's 3 in 1 - a national fish hatchery, small museum of local wildlife in the area and finally it's a great place for doing hikes around the creek and such.
There were porta potties outside available. Plus bathrooms and drinking water in the office/museum.
The hatchery was closed when we visited but they left everything open for viewing. We parked on the road outside the signs and walked in.
Worth a visit for sure!"

"The hatchery is located about 5 mins drive away from downtown Leavenworth. It is basically a self guided tour, so remember to grab the leaflet located in the visitor center.
As it's free, it's something to do if you have the time to go and have a quick look around. It provides good information on the life cycle of the salmon."

"Stumbled upon this cool hatchery in early November. It’s pretty astounding that king salmon swim 200 miles up the Colombia river to get here."
