"We visited because of the artwork displayed on the front lawn. Turns out the "Washed Ashore" at exhibit was going on. All year long beach trash is collected, washed and sorted by color. Then artists assemble ocean inspired at from the collection. Very beautiful, inspiring and troubling at the same time. There are other businesses in the building: a yoga studio, art classes, museum and more. Great place to visit while in Lincoln City."

"This historic old school house now features many local artists, including the washed ashore plastic animal displays. It's truly amazing that so much garbage ends up in the ocean, and to see it put to artistic use, truly enlightens me as to being much more responsible about the impact I leave on this planet. And there is no charge to visit this wonderful place! Highly recommend stopping by while this is on display, and hopefully we can all do our part to clean up the scenery we so enjoy 😉"
