Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Morton Arboretum for its breathtaking natural beauty, diverse tree collections, and captivating art installations like Human+Nature and Vivid Creatures. It's lauded as a serene escape perfect for walks, picnics, and family outings. However, some find the admission fee a bit steep for the general experience, though special events like Illumination are considered well worth the cost.
"This place is magical. The photos are from the back side which is more natural. The main entrance has the enchanting sculptures. We had the deer following us for quite a while(far back in the first photo). They aren’t too scared of people. The scenery is amazing and if you’re a fan of natural excursions this is the place for you. I go there as many times as I can in a year but haven’t gone for the lights around the holidays yet. I will be doing it this year as I’ve heard they are absolutely captivating. Hope everyone reading this has a phenomenal day!"

"4/5 ⭐️
The Morton Arboretum offers a beautiful and refreshing escape into nature. The ambiance is fantastic, with vibrant flowers, peaceful water fountains, and an abundance of greenery that creates a truly serene environment. It’s perfect for a relaxing walk, trekking through well-marked trails, or even spending time with friends and family—there are open areas great for picnics, small parties, or grilling. There’s a lot to do and see, and the whole place is very well maintained.
However, the entry fee of $28 per person felt a bit steep for what’s offered. While we did enjoy our visit overall, the price could be more reasonable or better justified with added experiences or amenities.
Still, it’s a wonderful place to visit, especially for nature lovers and those looking to unwind in a peaceful setting."

"This place is decent. We are visited this place in the beginning of September. The weather was gorgeous but a little windy. The park is enormous so if you have an idea to do some hiking or walking a certain distances, be my guest. After working for 5 miles me and my wife went and got the car and we drove around the park. You have east side and west side both places are absolutely gorgeous and you should visit. My only complaint that entry was $25 per person. That’s pretty much it. I would really recommend to visit this place if you in the area, especially during warm months."
