Some find the museum hours a bit limited, but the overall consensus is overwhelmingly positive for a free and culturally enriching visit.

"I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m so glad I stopped by, in the mean time, I’m disappointed that I only to see these exhibitions the last day of trip.

It is very emotional and powerful. It gives you a well all around introduction of the Mexican-American history, that explains lots of my questions during my visit.

I guess because this is a newer museum, it talks about indigenous people’s history before Spanish settler came and destroyed the local society. I appreciate this presentation. Didn’t really see other places around the area talk about this. It’s definitely important for people to know.

Powers to everyone fight for social justice!"

"Beautiful place. Great for the Afro Latino cultural festival! Family friendly, beautiful happy people! Great food!"

Javier Rojas

"Fantastic cultural history museum. Never knew it was here and it had a wealth of history here. I'm glad I brought my son here to show him. I knew these events happened but the level of detail and personal stories helped reinforce it all. Boxing history. The way of life. Great."
