Reviews Summary
The LADWP Building is a functional hub for managing utility services, with many visitors appreciating the efficient bill payment process and the exceptionally kind and patient customer service. While the building itself is noted for its pleasant water feature and modern appeal, some users have experienced significant issues with billing errors and slow service for permits, alongside broader concerns about LADWP's operational preparedness during emergencies.
"I purchased solar many years ago to be a good citizen of the world I also drive an electric vehicle for the same reason TO HELP STOP weather change.
The DWP has a program that can help folks with their charging power costs. HOWEVER, according to the DWP its not “BENEFICIAL” for solar owners since the solar meter would not be used, but rather the home owner would need to install a separate meter for the charger which would cost over a thousand bucks!!
Just thought you should know this information since it is NOT on the DWP website"
