LA nightlife ?
Hey y’all, I’m visiting LA this upcoming weekend from Dallas, TX and staying in Koreatown. I’m more into bar hopping than clubs can anyone recommend the best bar districts to check out? Also, is it true that some bouncers actually ask how many followers you have on social media?

Visiting LA for the first time next month, wondering if there’s some good recommendations for bars?
Hey guys, planning a visit to your city next month! I think I got a pretty good itinerary in place in terms of food and things to do, but did have questions on the nightlife. I’ve stopped clubbing and nowadays I’m more into bars that have a dance floor. It’s hard to tell which…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Normandie Club is praised for its cool, dark ambiance and creative cocktails, making it a popular spot in Koreatown. While some find the drinks well-crafted, others note a lack of distinct twists and a self-service model. Parking can be a challenge, and the crowd can get 'creepy' late at night.
"Great bar, cocktails were well crafted and yummy - gave us water and refilled throughout. Chill but fun atmosphere. Will definitely be back!"

"Atmosphere 6/10
Cool, dark atmosphere with a main focus on the bar area. Back area looks cool. The crowd gets a bit creepy and weird towards late hours… might be an area-related thing. Bar seating is very limited because of the counter-order concept.
Drinks 4/10
Recommendation: -
Menu is QR only, which is a minus point. The drinks are super basic. I didn’t taste any “twist” which they advertise on the menu for classic drinks. Glassware is very basic, almost cheap. Cool coasters.
Service 3/10
Basically no service. Everything is self-service or upon request. For drinks, you have to line up at the bar and wait for your turn to order. Average prices for LA."

"We came here specifically during the Black Lagoon pop-up. It honestly was just the same type of service with some added Halloween decorations. Lucky for them I LOVE Halloween decorations. We didn’t try food and just stuck to drinks but we liked them all. I tried a new IPA and everyone in my party tried various new drinks and all really enjoyed them. Great decorations indeed and will come back during the non-Halloween things!"
