"So we just moved here it’s me and my wife and our 2 sons. People kept telling us to go here and it’s supposed to let you go in like a restaurant and get served a hot mean we were beyond excited. And we go inside and since we had kids they wouldn’t let us inside we had to wait outside in the cold to get served. My question is what restaurant wouldn’t let kids in? Definitely won’t be going back here there’s no rules on their website or outside the premises that say no children. Basically just ruined the whole day."

"No pictures due to respect for the patrons but it was my first time here and it was clean, fast, and professional. Came in found a seat and got served shortly after. Im glad this is open to help with a hot meal in the morning to get my day started. I think they have vegan and vegetarian options available as well as coffee. 5 stars"

Supported by St Joseph's Church, together with Martin and Charlie Sheen et al., Bread and Roses provides restaurant quality hot meals 3 times a day 5 days a week for those in need.
Bread and Roses' Chef and Kitchen Crew go out of their way to provide creative, gourmet style dishes that do not disappoint.
Plus the all volunteer staff is outstanding and tireless as they provide unlimited coffee and drink refills.
Even the amazing security staff chips in and helps out when it gets super busy.
My biggest takeaway however, is that sense that no matter who you are or where you may be on life's journey, you are treated with both RESPECT and CLASS and are able to leave with some dignity.
I consider it very important institution and valuable asset to the community.
If there is such a thing as the Lord's work, Bread & Roses Cafe is doing it!
