"Hands down, one of the best zoo/aquarium experiences I've ever had. Cam and Sierra were amazing and I highly recommend asking for them when you visit. We got the Epic Quest package and it was well worth the money. We had such an amazing time feeding and petting all the animals as well as learning all about them from Cam. The 3 hours went by so fast and our family is still talking about all cool and fun things they saw and did."

"Great idea but super expensive. It is inside the mall which was odd. Animal encounters opened up but then there wasn't a work there to do it. My kids wanted to fees an otter but the girl in front of them just kept feeding them till they were full. Then worker never explained why my kids couldn't do it. After they watched someone else do it. The staff that did interact with us were nice but that was only like 4 people. The rest of them didn't even smile or say anything to us."
