"Great hike with beautiful landscapes and lots of wildlife. On 10/18/24 we saw a group of 3, then a group of 4, and then a group of 6 deer - see videos. We also saw a rabbit that was too fast to photograph. Scenery was nice everywhere on trail. Not too far up the trail there are comfortable benches, each with a nice panorama."

"A nice place to hike. A lot of the open space does not have trees so it is fairly sunny. There are lots of bikes on the trails so if you are hiking, you are often moving off to the side of the trail to allow bikers to go by. The restrooms that we used at the beginning of the trail were very nice"
Bill Werling
"Views go from great to spectacular in this park, all the trails offer a chance to capture some mountain beauty. There is lots of parking at the main lot along with very clean odor free restrooms and several great covered picnic areas. If your riding your mountain bike through the park and find yourself needing a repair there is a nice bike station at the bitterbrush and antelope trail junction."
