What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews highlight Rabbi Aaron's engaging Torah study sessions, where questions are encouraged. The community is generally seen as welcoming, with opportunities for volunteering and connection. However, one reviewer had a negative personal encounter with a different rabbi, perceiving a lack of genuine welcome.
"This is not toward the temple itself. This is a review of the rabbi. The rabbi is absolutely fake. When we met her, she begrudgingly spoke to us. Her husband was a lot friendlier than she was. We got the feeling she just greeted us because she had to. She asked which temple we belonged to. When we answered that we were actually Christians (not specifying which stripe), she just says “oh..”, literally did a 180, and walked off. That showed me that her open minded ecumenical blather is nothing more than lip service."

"I REALLY enjoy the Kiddush Club meetings with Rabbi Aaron. He's an animated teaching rabbi who is OK with my questions (most other rabbis seem to perceive my questions as unreasonable). I learn a lot studying Torah with him because he's not demanding nor defensive in his approach to classroom learning. That is a rarity. Bring your questions!"
