Reviews Summary

Visitors generally appreciate the historic charm and prime location of University Heights, especially its proximity to UW-Madison and the vibrant Monroe Street. The neighborhood offers a pleasant atmosphere for walking and enjoying the architecture. However, some residents have noted issues with management responsiveness and billing discrepancies after lease termination, impacting the overall living experience.

"Had a good time living here! Great management, always had very pleasant experiences with them. Rents in Madison are ridiculous now, but this is a relatively cheap place right on the bus line with the amenities (casa blanca's gym, free food days thrown by management, etc.) and service (quick and thorough responses to maintenance requests and emails) you'd expect from a place charging much higher rents"

Rishav B. Roy

"Once your lease is up they tell you to not cancel your electric and that the new tenants will take over the electric. Unfortunately that is not the case. I was still charged from MGE even though the apartment manager stated that would not happen. Now they are unresponsive to emails and phone calls to get this issue resolved. Electric bill should be on the apartment complex for miscommunication. Shady business."
