I had a deadline as to when I would like to have the ring completed and he was completely up front and honest with me regarding my expectations, which might have been able to be met.

I received my new ring last week, 2 days before the date I wished to have it, and I was honestly blown away at the craftsmanship, the quality and of course the amazing design that Alex and I came up with. It looks exactly like I imagined and even more.
