"We hiked the Paul Intemann Trail in Manitou Springs in August this year (22). Parking is hard to find, but definitely easier on weekdays. We first went on a Sunday, but left because of overcrowding. We went back on Wednesday and started at Iron Springs and then connected to Red Mountain Trail. It was moderately difficult in spots. The real plus was a good bit of shade and some really nice views. There are some steep climbs, especially at the top. We highly recommend this hike!"

"This is a moderate trail with plenty of views and challenging slopes. The views are breathtaking and definitely worth the trip. It's a long one so bring supplies! The best view is of Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Canyon. I will be taking a whole day to try this entire trail."

"Took the Iron mountain section of the intemann from crystal park road, over iron mountain to Pawnee road. It's only about 2 miles but a beautiful hike as you can see east over COS and north into Manitou springs. Moderately difficult with some sections of narrow drop offs and loose gravel. Take the "scenic overlook" as that is the peak of iron mountain."
