The swimming pool is definitely fun for kids, but they’re always running out of pool towels, which got annoying. Our room was clean, and any time we needed something, customer service was quick to help, so that was nice.
Biggest complaint? The bundles. I got the Birthday Bundle, Wolf Pack Bundle, and Pup Bundle honestly, none of them were worth the money. Total waste. The buffet breakfast bundle was the worst one super pricey and the food was honestly not good at all.

"This was my first time at the Great Wolf Lodge and let me tell you, I was consistently and pleasantly surprised with everything. The place was so clean, which is something I went in expecting the contrary with so many kids! The service was friendly and supportive. The rooms were spacious and CLEAN. The food wasn’t over the top expensive. The water park was fun and the life guards were VERY attentive which gave me peace of mind. I do wish the alcohol prices were a bit lower, but that’s probably to deter over drinking in a family setting. We will now be making the Great Wolf Lodge a tradition in our family where we splurge on a weekend filled with fun!
Pro tip, instead of eating the pizza at the Lodge, go to Costco across the street. It’s cheaper and tastier.

She was so friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay, answering all our questions and even connecting us with Adrian from security to recover our lost items—thanks to them, we got everything back!
During our stay, my daughter had a minor incident, and I can't say enough good things about the staff who helped us. Although I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman who brought us ice packs while the aquatics team arrived, her compassion meant so much to us.
We truly appreciate the outstanding service and care from everyone we encountered. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all for making our stay such a great one!"
