"They forced us to get our order “To Go” when we were clearly dining in. We even sat and ate here so there’s no reason that we should have gotten our order in To-Go containers. We got here at 8:20pm when their closing time is at 9pm. This gives us enough time to eat regularly. If they want to behave this way, they should stop service completely instead of giving our Large Shaved Ices in a Small to go cup. This is such a rip off. We got 1/3rd the amount of a dine in portion at the same price. If people never been here before, they wouldn’t know the difference, but we are regulars here so this is just unacceptable. On top of that our Shaved ice was 1/2 melted when they gave it to us which never happens on a regular dine in experience. Completely unacceptable. P.S. we purposely Did Not tip because of how unbelievable the service was when we were ordering."

"I love going to meet fresh but the service was not good here. We asked for small bowls to share the shaved ice for our table but the employees said each bowl cost 50 cents...I've never encountered this at any other meet fresh location. We were the only ones eating here and it wasn't busy at all but it took a long time for the desserts to be made. There were also meet fresh cardboard boxes everywhere (used as storage space) by the tables."
