"We come every year for the holidays. And every year my mother makes a point to take us. It’s been a tradition. And I don’t want to be one of those that barks about how much money we spend, but we take a lot of gifts back home to give out for Christmas. Not this time and never again. The woman working was so rude and snotty. She talked to my mother like she was an idiot and then was very put out to answer any questions we had. We left and I came back in asked an employee who this woman was. It was the customer service manager. I’ll leave you with that and I will let you try to figure out why the customer service manager gave us the worst customer service I’ve ever had."
