We spend the last week of September and the first week of October in Park city Utah and go to the Blue Boar every Wednesday night
This trip I had the NY Strip and my wife had the blacken cobia ( fish) . The second time I had the tenderloin and she had the salmon.
Make sure to make reservations for dinner including the Wednesday special.
The drive from park city to the blue boar is great for fall leaves.
This high quality restaurant is worth the drive and we will continue to return to it ."

We loved walking around the property and enjoying the flowers. Breakfast was delicious. French toast was amazing. We will be making this an annual tradition!"
