"I just returned home from a weekend stay at the Zermatt hotel. We were a large party mainly consisting of my grandkids. Traveling with little ones, my concern is always if the hotel will have ammenetirs that the kids ds will kids will enjoy and in terms make for a peaceful stay for the adults. I booked the stat believing that the carousel would be available to the little ones. Upon my check in I was told it had closed for the season the day before. When the general manager found out I was disappointed, she made every effort to compensate. I so appreciate the effort to go the extra mile. We came back from a nightly activity to find cookies and treats in our room. Overall we had a magical stay. We will definitely be back!!"

"Beautiful property. Very on theme. Beautiful lobby. Rooms clean. No USB plugs must have a cube to charge electronics. Also was put in a building farther from main lobby so that's a hike if you need something. Carousel wasn't running also an off season, hot tubs were only warm. Pastries were fantastic, Starbucks there but no menu. Would stay again."
