"Super enjoyable hike - decent uphill for a portion but much less populated than other trails we’ve done. Lots of wildlife up close and plenty of space to lounge around the lake. Definitely the favorite lake we saw and we hiked to Nymph, Dream, and Emerald as well. Plus if you go just a bit further along the trail you can visit Jewel Lake - great view of the mountains!!"

"Easily one of my favorite hikes in the park. Mills lake is stunning. It's also cool to hike it during thawing/melting season because you can hear little particles breaking off and moving down the stream."
