"Nestled at the end of a neighborhood, sits an entrance to a boardwalk to one of Florida's oldest mill sites. As soon as you wal up to the entrance to the left is a covered area that has some remnants of said mill so you get an idea of what was there. From there you can take a boardwalk stroll that leads to some ground trails which are pretty neat. Cool little place to stroll if you're in the area or are a history buff. Really enjoyed the stroll"

"Love walking these trails. So much nature to observe and enjoy. The dock walking path to the right of the trails has wonderful info graphics about the trees and wildlife. Worth the visit. I am unsure if there is access to a restroom though 😅"

"We happened across this place a bit by accident but are so glad we did! The boardwalk is an easy walk with lots of interpretive signs along the way that help you realize what you are looking at. I learned a LOT about the history of the mill and the area. The visitors center was closed so we didn't get to see it but we will definitely be back to check it out. I'd advise bug spray but even without it we only got bit by 1 mosquito so it still was very manageable. We loved spending a few hours in nature and soaking up the history. Highly recommend. We plan on adding this into our weekly walking routine."
