"Thrilled to support small businesses and make it a point to stop by every time I’m in town.
Never knew why fresh cheddar had the nickname squeakers. They sell them here so found out first hand. For all those not aware, fresh cheddar curds make a squeaky sound from your teeth till around ~2 days or so from production.
They have an assortment of cheeses for sale of different ages all made from small batch. Other merchandise is also available. Production facility is onsite which is another cool part to watch. Many of the local bars carry their cheese curds which led me here.
Highly recommended!
Makes for a nice souvenir to bring home."
