Friday trail report! Today we ran along the Kim Williams trail heading east from the university. Trail is still 80% ice , soft in spots where the sun hits in the afternoon but still winter running conditions. Would recommend micro spikes, or screws in your shoes (more permanent) Next Friday we will go explore another local trail and see how the trails are transitioning from winter to spring! ...
