"Took the grandkids for the first time and they had an amazing time. Youngest granddaughter fell and cut her lip and one of the staff there Peyton who was running the slides went in and got her an ice pack and a slushie to make her smile. Then later when the girls were on another ride, Peyton was near by and we asked if they could get on the go carts and she said they had to have an adult. My husband got on one and the other granddaughter didn't have anyone and would have had to wait but Peyton went on the ride with her so they could both go at the same time. She went above and beyond to make sure my grandkids had a great time!! Thanks for a wonderful Saturday!"

"This was our first trip to Adventure Park USA, and we left feeling pretty disappointed.
Because the off-season had just started (something not mentioned on the website), all the rides, ropes course, and laser tag were closed. That left the arcade, mini golf, and mini bowling—all of which had issues.
One of the mini golf courses was updated and decent, but the other was in rough shape, and all the clubs were dirty. The arcade looked great at first glance, but many games were broken, tied together, or out of order. At one point every game stopped working, though staff did let people play mini golf for free while it was fixed. Mini bowling had its own issues—pins missing, bumpers and lights not working, and the scoring system glitching.
I can see the appeal, and we did have a fun time together as a family, but the park is very understaffed (we only saw 2 employees the whole time), and the overall condition - from the games and attractions to the bathrooms and building itself - could really use attention.
I hope improvements are made so this place can live up to its potential."

"Our Girl Scouts Troop outing. We arrived right before the 11am opening, with minimum wait. As first-timers it was great having no crowds and long wait. Unfortunately, not all attractions were open and the kids primarily rode the same rides multiple times. However, the girls enjoyed their time together. This is definitely for the 10 and under."
