"The hike is difficult if you have tender knees and/or short legs. High steep steps for part of the hike. Once you get to the falls, not the best view, not my favorite falls. Make sure you wear boots! Lots of muddy spots and slick spots along the way."

"Get ready to do three miles the HARD way! If you're old and/or around the 5' mark, it's going to be tough. There's a lot of high steps and technical spots that you can wipe out on. If you're properly prepared, pace yourself, and keep a level head then you'll make it (and feel it the next morning)!"
