Acadia May Trip Reccomendations
Hi! My friends and I are taking a trip to Acadia in late May. We’ve been twice before and are looking for some different things to do. We’ve done some of the most common trails but really love exploring. Does anyone have any recommendations for cool places to check out on Mount…

West Side Things To See?
Visiting Acadia today and for next few days. Park Loop Road was horrifyingly jammed up in sections. There were so many people it was not enjoyable in any way. A ranger suggested we try the west side where there are fewer people. Any suggestions for spots to see on the west…
Seeking recommendations: Acadia National Park. Besides the Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse, does anyone recommend anything on the west side? We’d like to see something else while on that side of the park. Thank you!
Park at Pretty Marsh and then walk down to the water - there isn’t really a trail but once you get to a gazebo there’s stairs down to a gorgeous pebble beach. Very secluded and special.
