"YO ranch is beautiful.
We were there for an event, so they were very busy, but the staff was very attentive, welcoming, and a general pleasure to be around.
There are lots of animals around, there was a pace of donkeys hanging around the main buildings (that included a wayward zebra), they were very friendly, and loved to be hand fed and get their ears scratched.
We stayed in the “kids camp” the room was clean and comfortable, and the walk to the restroom/shower building wasn’t bad at all.
I plan on visiting again, not as part of an event to explore and check out all the property has to offer."

"We did the 5 hour private safari tour. Jordan was our guide and she did a very good job. The animals seemed to be happy to see us as they were around or came up to us a lot. We even got to hand feed some of the animals. Lisa was great at the front desk and made the process work smoothly."

"My husband and I wanted a weekend get away off the grid to just unplug and relax. The YO Ranch was the best choice we ever made. When we arrived Lisa in the office was so so sweet she made us feel right at home. We went on the animal tour and our guide was Jordan, she was awesome. Very knowledgeable of the animals and Ranch. The highlight for me was the Giraffes 🦒 sweet Bella let me hand feed her and seeing her baby Tanya was so heart warming. My husband and I fell in love with the Ranch and we will be back. This is going to be our new vacation spot. We can't wait for new adventures and to meet more of the wonderful staff that made us feel like family! If you want to know what true Texas is like please give them a chance you will not be disappointed..."
