"My favorite park! An off-leash park for dogs, too. What a great place to walk on a sunny or rainy day, with lots of hundred-year-old trees for protection. One lap around the perimeter of the park is about two miles, at least if you take some of the side paths for extra protection from the elements. You may not find parking as close as you'd like, but there is always plenty to go around. There is a volleyball court and a dedicated picnic area with grills, and both are side-by-side within walking distance of one of the bathrooms, too. I just discovered there's an outdoor patio area perfect for reading, in between the tennis courts and the parking lot. 😁"

"The redwoods feel very majestic and There are still enough people after sunset that it feels safe. The park has more than enough visitors, a small exercise rink and enough parking space to accommodate everyone.
That said the park needs to up its maintenance. Many of the lights in the main area of the park do not light up while the lights in tennis courts are lit up well enough for a small plane to land."
