"Cool historic hotel in a charming town in a beautiful part of the state. The restaurant is fantastic- we sat outside which I preferred to the indoor dining room. Nice menu, excellent execution on the dishes. Walking into the bar makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time to the 1880’s. It’s very rustic. The finishes could use an update, or not. It’s charming either way and an approachable venue- no one puts on airs here. Very nice staff. Definitely stop by and have breakfast or lunch and take a walk through the bar."
