What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Medieval Times offers a unique and entertaining dinner show experience with thrilling jousting and a hands-on feast. While some find the food average, the immersive atmosphere and energetic performances are widely praised, making it a memorable outing for families and celebrations. Potential drawbacks include high ticket prices and noise levels, with some accessibility concerns noted.
"Honestly, didn’t live up to our expectations. It was fun, sure. Some of the stuff was interesting to watch. However, we felt like it was just ok and nothing very special. We definitely enjoyed the Pirates show last year much more…way more captivating. The food was good, but most of it was straight out of the freezer section at the local grocery store. Options were limited for drinks and no choice on dinner. I was lucky and found a discount code for tickets, but it is still very pricey. If you are trying to take a family, you could easily be out $500 when all is said and done."

"Medieval Times is such a unique and fun experience! The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was flavorful, and while you do eat with your hands (part of the medieval charm), I really enjoyed it. If you have dietary restrictions, I definitely recommend calling ahead so they can prepare for you.
A huge shoutout to our waiter, Jonathan — he was fantastic and made the night even better! Our Blue Knight was truly elite and had the whole section cheering.
That said, it was very loud during the show. Even with good hearing, I struggled to understand a lot of what the performers were saying, which made me wonder how accessible it is for guests who are hard of hearing or deaf. It would be great if they offered captions, ASL interpretation, or another option.
One other thing I noticed: if you’re in a wheelchair, you unfortunately can’t access the VIP experience, which was a bit of a disappointment. Hopefully, that’s something they’ll improve in the future so all guests can enjoy the full experience.
Overall, though, it’s an unforgettable night of fun, food, and entertainment — I’d absolutely recommend it!"

"It was a very good experience. The kids were absolutely loved it. Very well done! The food was really good and our server did great. The show was wonderful. We had been before but they had changed it around until it was new again. Highly recommend."
