"Shocked by my experience today !! I was returning one item and exchanging another one. First you wait and no one acknowledges you . Then a salesperson who didn’t seem that busy finally looks at me. She seemed lost as she did not understand what I asked her & starts yelling at me !!!!! I was stunned … I waited a bit , re-explained, she could not figure it out and left as a manager came up to help. I mentioned that I was yelled at … she didn’t apologize for her salesperson, performed the return / exchange and disappeared . I used to work for AT some 20 years ago, customer service for our « clientele » special attention and smile were key . All this has dramatically disappeared and the brand is not the top quality and design it used to be .. it’s now similar to Zara… but I can assure you their salespersons are 100 times more efficient and better trained ! And they deal with purchases of a big number of clothing at a time and people w/ accents from all over the world … and they are always polite !"

"For the folks from Canada; please give the store another try, 3 years is a long time to hold a grudge. Was just in there and the staff really go out of their way to assist you. Things I like; the quality of the petite clothing is great, the store is well lit, changing rooms are spacious. As with most petite stores I really wish they had more to choose from."

"After driving out of my way to visit the Ann Taylor at Waterside in Naples, what a disappointment to walk into their store and be completely ignored by five or six sales assistants who were currently on the floor. No greeting, no eye contact, no offer to help and no goodbye when I left! No problem! Naples is full of wonderful stores staffed by caring, helpful and friendly employees. Ann Taylor is not one of them."
