"I’ve shopped at Audrey’s for years, and although the experience and customer service aren’t great, it’s usually worth it for the great selection of stuff. However, I believe today marks my last time shopping there. I got to the store at 4:40 and was quickly greeted by someone telling me they are closing in 20 minutes, which I was well aware of as I’ve been shopping there for years and double checked the hours on Google to be sure. I still had plenty of time (or so i thought) to shop around. Then, about 10 minutes later as I'm walking around with a coat in my hand, another sales associate comes rushing up to me telling me they are closing in 7 minutes. I was a little stunned. I’ve worked retail for many years and never once thought it was acceptable to rush customers out of the store(s) I worked at. I’d understand if I walked in 5 minutes prior to closing, but I didn’t. I had no intention of staying past closing time and just quickly wanted to shop. There is a polite way to let customers know when you’re closing, and it’s not 20 minutes beforehand or the way these women handled it. As I was walking to the register it was very apparent that all of the older ladies were gossiping about me because they all scattered when I walked in their direction. Anyways I told one of them they were being rude and I’m glad I did. I actually wanted to buy the coat I had in my hands, but I was so off put by their behavior that I put it back. You’d think for the astronomical prices they charge, that they’d have a shred of customer service. Then of course on my way out, the door was already locked at 4:55. I had to unlock it myself to leave."

"Used to love shopping here but not now. They were selling a bag for $525.00. In looking at the pockets, I found the original tag inside for $149.99. I showed it to one of the sales ladies who very nicely said she’d see what she could do about the price. She takes it to this younger girl - a total snot - who said - oh the lady who brought this in said it was from Aspen (like I’m supposed to be impressed?) and that the tag wasn’t accurate (says who?). She then insinuated that I was lying about the tag. Right, like I'm wandering around town looking for bags that this tag describes so I can plant it and try to get a discount...Absolutely absurd. They asked if I still wanted it. A used bag marked up 250% from its original price with snotty customer service like that? No thanks. I’ll buy it on Poshmark without the upcharge and attitude. But buyers beware: anything they sell there, you can find for so much less at other shops, on eBay, Poshmark, ThreadUp, and The Real Real."
