Please make sure your employees are not only trained properly but also treat customers with basic respect. Your staff member Jennyca was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Her behavior was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. I hope appropriate action will be taken to improve customer service in your stores."

There was only 1 person at the register taking a long time and didn't get any help and then i saw there were 2 managers talking and laughing in the kids section and not helping their associates. I asked an associate for their names and they said Olivia and Cindy. I feel bad for these employees that deal with these managers"

"The Latino looking gentleman with the auburn/red curly hair and glasses is racist and admitted he hates his job and “just works here”. Refused to help and when asked if anybody else can help he said no, asked if there’s a manager and he said he is the manager. Finished the interaction by telling us at the check out he doesn’t help my kind. Returned later to take back everything I purchased as I will not shop somewhere where staff are able to openly be racist, rude and unhelpful."
