"The hotel is freezing so bring a jacket. When you walk in it is beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and the water park is nice. They have slides with up to 5 people and two people. The park looks small at first but that’s because the slides are and most of it is outside while still being inside. They have a big hot tub and a pool outside. I would not do the breakfast buffet it’s a little pricey but you get your basics. I was sad to see that the only meat they had was sausage, bacons and ham. I’m a little healthier and would have liek chicken or steak. I was better off going to I hop or chik fil a. Other than that the breakfast was good. However the food was room temperature. They have waitresses serving you which was nice.
The rooms don’t have many outlets. One kids room only had one outlet with two plug ins. The rooms didn’t have microwaves but that was annoying. However, that had two on each floor at the end of the halls. The hotel was doing something everyday. The staff was very friendly and nice. You can tell they liked their jobs. All the food and activities are pricey. So plan it accordingly or do the tiger stuff somewhere else for cheaper."

The resort itself was clean, colorful, and full of energy. Staff members were welcoming and made the experience even better. It’s an awesome destination for families looking for a mix of relaxation and nonstop fun. Highly recommend!"

"I was so worried when we went through the reviews a few days before our trip. There was some about bedbugs, service and food being terrible, etc. We are SO glad we went anyway because we had such an amazing time. Our waitress during the breakfast buffet was amazing, the food is a step above normal hotel food and was actually pretty good, and our room was spotless and smelled amazing. The sheets smelled a little bit funny but with a resort it isn't going to be perfect. I gave 4/5 stars because we were only expecting to pay $247 once we got there per the emails we received before arriving.. and ended up with a leftover total of $547 when we had already paid $230 to reserve our room so we had only planned for a total of $500 something and ended up having to pay almost $300 extra which was stressful. Other than that it was amazing. So prepare yourself for the extra financial aspect and you and your family will also have a wonderful time! We got to be kids with our kids and it was so wholesome. Staff was extremely kind as well. Theres also plenty of food options close by to avoid paying for the food there."
