"Beautiful views from the top, quite a steep on and off ramp though. There are stairs on both ends to avoid the steep parts, and an elevator on the stadium side to get you to the top with ease. When I walked it, there was a musician playing guitar and singing on the downtown side which made for a cool vibe. There were also about three homeless gents that were no trouble but made it feel a little less nice. However, this is a must see attraction, even if you only go halfway or just take the elevator for the view from the top."
