"Our primary motive in visiting Arbor Day Farm was the Discovery Ride. Sadly, when we arrived to buy tickets, the cashier said it wasn't running except on weekends. That would have been good information to share on their website! But no; I checked again and there was no mention when the Ride was not available. Good thing this was not our only planned stop in Nebraska City.
I did enjoy walking Doug's Trail -- an easy walk along a peaceful, mostly shaded route. The Historic Barns were cool. Overall, the site seemed to be clean and well-maintained."

"Had a great day at the farm. The lied Lodge is very nice. The have a barn that is used for weddings. The Morton house is beautiful. Full of history. They also have a nice little food shop next to the wine bar and the was pretty good. I give it a B+. There are Apple orchards also."
