What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Comal County Courthouse for its beautiful, historic Romanesque Revival architecture and the kindness of staff, particularly in the passport office. However, some reviews highlight challenging experiences within the court system, citing issues with judicial fairness and representation.
"The courthouse its self is great very beautiful historic building, clean and pretty open, and the officers there are always kind! As for the judge I was that took my case unfortunately wasn't very by the books she has wrongfully degraded me and made me continue through a court hearing without the representation I so desperately needed for at least 4 court hearings and to top it off there was no type of legal representation to explain to me anything nor did the court appointed lawyer that was placed with me show up for the first three hearings. The judge would inform the record lady to stop taking record when it came to my case, I was bashed on and put down and told how I was going to be representing myself when it wasn't at all something I was wanting to do due to the case circumstances and the repeated false alligations made towards me and she failed to acknowledge the facts that would have already been provided had she fully looked into my case or allowed me to provide those documents due to CPS not providing that unfortunately and as CPS people lied about me not complying I've had my children ripped away due to false alligations of me not complying and more report have been made towards me but my children aren't Even with me!!!!! My ex and his mother are constantly emailing the D.A. and the judge putting an image of me into their heads so I'm being attacked at court like I've said previously. I just can't believe the system that is suppose to protect my rights could just be allowed to wipe them away and treat me as if I am nothing sending my kids with people they don't belong with just because of harassment and false accusations/alligations when my case was closed back in bexar county I was told it got transferred but it was reopened and I wasn't even told why!!!! The judge MELISSA MCCALIGNAN has it out for me as she favored my ex treating his as if he does no wrong but he abandoned my children and me as I had to move by myself out of a house an at the time my youngest was only 4 months old and had cought covid prior at two months had RSV thank GOD he survived both! Not old did he do these things but he was the financial support of our family failing to continue to support or oven at that pay child support which the judge dismissed him of when my children live with me and we had been struggling but finally back on our feet and having the kids some what healed form his abandonment she forces me to allow children to go have visitation with him and accused me of alienating my children from him but he refused to be civil with me and allowed his mother who has connections im assuming to lie repeatedly and get everyone on her side! She can be convincing I've been through this before with her and all she wants is my children I guess she wants a second chance at raising kids she believes she can do it better than me and she is taking advantage of the CPS and court system and I've had no justice as for my children or myself 😭 Jessica Zepeda my ex's mother is a dangerous woman as well as my ex and now my babies are in there possession and it's up to the judge today if this temporary removal order will be dismissed or not..... My children I haven't seen them but once in two weeks and I'm hearing my kids are having meltdowns and I can't even be there for them....... It's sad I'm only 27 years old and
And all of these older people are sitting here pointing the finger at me yet they have done nothing wrong I'm doing all of these things they are saying all by myself but refuse to allow the facts to speak for their selfs!!!!! My current spouse and me are currently pregnant my fourth his first but he loves my three boys with all his heart and soul and only wants the absolute best for our boys he has done more for these boys than their sperm doners have my first son his father committed suicide due to my ex's mom trying to involve him in the past when she tried to take my children from me when his right were long before terminated ! she is willing to do anything just to have my kids! #nojusitce #nopeace #brokenfoundation #trauama"
