What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Wooster Street Little Italy is celebrated for its legendary apizza and authentic Italian dining. Visitors consistently praise the quality of the food, from the perfectly charred pizza crusts to the rich pasta dishes and delectable pastries. While some find the prices on the higher side, the overall consensus is that the culinary experience is exceptional and well worth the visit.
"UPDATE: ordered Uber eats from here and absolutely LIVID.
Paid $30 plus tax, tip and Uber fees for Chicken Parmesan. It did not come with pasta as a side, which was annoying but I was aware. But it was advertised as chicken parmesan with sauce and cheese.
I got a flat, breaded and fried chicken breast with no cheese, no sauce - nada. For $30+ !?
Was definitely not my Uber driver, this was the restaurant's doing.
Never again. When I pay premium price, I demand premium care and this is just completely careless and unbelievable. I'm astoundingly disappointed in what I thought was a new favorite restaurant.

Do not sleep on Pasta Eataliana.
Absolutely blown away by the quality of the service and the food.
Started with the Carne Alla Genovese, which was absolutely delightful and set a high expectation for the entree that we didn't know if they would reach.
We had no idea how well it would clear the bar.
I had the taglitelli Bolognese, and yes the flavor on it was downright phenomenal, but the thing I appreciated most that you do not experience in most Italian American restaurants was that the pasta was cooked perfect al dente. So many restaurants here overcook their pasta, but I was so incredibly happy this was cooked perfect. If you're unsure what this is all about, it's the pasta equivalent of a steak being cooked medium rare - exactly how it should be.
The wife got Risotto pescatora, and she gave it a 10/10. Delicious, absolutely would recommend, it didn't skimp on the Calamari and the broth was fantastic.
The portion sizes were hearty, dare I say, slightly generous like an Italian grandmother would make sure you had enough to leave satisfied.
Lastly, I got a cocktail, boulevardier, and as a Bourbon/ whiskey guy, it was a friendly pour but went down so deliciously smooth.
Service was friendly and attentive, but not overly bothersome. The seating was comfortable, lighting was great, and atmosphere was on point.
I can't recommend this place enough and am so pleased to have such a great restaurant around to revisit for special occasions. There was just something about it that felt like the quality would always be there. My compliments to the chef /owner / staff. Just, wow. Bravo."

"The food was fantastic! That’s mostly the only thing I care about when eating out, more than the ambience or service, although it was pricey! The place is cute and homely, and the servers were very attentive. Definitely recommend the lobster ravioli which was their best dish, fried cod spaghetti and pesto gnocchi were good too. Another must try is their mortadella crostini appetizer. A good visit if you don’t mind the price"

"If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. It was my first time here, and it was so phenomenal. The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was so fantastic. I can’t wait to come back for another amazing meal!"
