"The park was nice and clean great for kids. WARNING - to those that park along the upper road overlooking the park. While there are no parking meters… they expect you to use some type of app on your phone to pay for parking. The signs are small and you don’t really notice them. I thought this was very deceptive on the towns part. I ‘m from out of town and certainly didn’t expect this at a playground… especially when there are no parking meters. I got ticketed, cost me $20… went to the town clerk to pay the fine they didn’t really care… just wanted my $$$. Way to go New Paltz!"
