"So peaceful. You can walk the many trails and observe the wior if you like to fithere are rainbow fish in the pond. They have picnic tables and barbecues or if you just want to sit amongst the trees and read."

"Beautiful large campground nestled in the woods! The spots are very pretty but they’re close together so if you don’t have the best neighbors that can be annoying. Each comes with a fire ring, picnic table, and bear box which is nice. Several options for hiking trails short and long right next to the campsite, beautiful hikes too."
Amber Darbyshire
"This is my contemplative spot. There are more trails than people realize. There is a trail around the lake. There is a trail covered in bush leading toward the highway. If you climb up the mountain, there is a trail with a view, where you are essentially on top of the mountain. Near the lake, if you follow the very faint trail past the restrooms (it's hidden), there is a rocky area with a slow flowing fall, with plenty of shade. This trail is my favorite. Few people seem to know about it. It's not a bad place to camp either. During the spring season, we bring nets and buckets. There are an abundance of tadpoles and it makes for a memorable experience with the kids."
