"This was a fantastic immersive experience! Its different from others I have attended. There are a multitude of rooms, each with a very different sensory rich experience. The imagery is beautiful. You definitely want to come with a fully charged camera as there are many many many opportunities to take fun photos. Favorite room is star! Try a pano in there and see what happens! You can also bring your own critter to life in the sketchroom. Great location at Chelsea Piers. Could use a few more lockers. We were there 3 hours but we took a LOT of photos and watched most experiences 2-3 times through. Once in you can stay as long as you like. Highly recommended."

"If there were such a thing as an Endorphin Museum, Arte Museum in NYC would be it.

I walked in expecting a typical immersive art experience… and instead got a full-body massage for my brain. Every sense—sight, sound, scent—was being gently, brilliantly overwhelmed in the best possible way. It’s like the designers asked themselves, “How many parts of the human nervous system can we light up at once?” and then answered, “Yes.”

We arrived right when they opened and had the rare gift of drifting through most rooms almost entirely alone. With the crowds gone, it became something else entirely—more meditative, more cinematic, more personal. The scents were rich and calming without ever being intrusive; the visuals were hypnotic; the audio was perfectly tuned to pull you into each world without demanding your attention. It was nourishing. It was fulfilling. It was downright euphoric.

I was mind blown in the most delightful and unexpected way.

If you’re on the fence about going, get off the fence and go. I cannot recommend Arte Museum strongly enough. My only hope is that they refresh the content periodically—because I would return in a heartbeat for another dose of this beautifully engineered sensory therapy.

"This sensory immersive art museum has several rooms and each room has its in topics, such as Flowers, Beach, Wave, Neo Classic Arts, etc…
Each room is equipped with several visual, auditory, and odor devices which tease all your sense in respect to the topic.
The wave room got me first, where the scent the smell made me want to stay there for 10 minutes while watching, very pleasant experience.
The final room in my opinion was the highlight of my visit, I really enjoyed this room the most, I recommend any visitor to stay there an hour watch all exhibitions where each exhibition rotate to another one within 5 to 15 minutes.
For example, started with neo classic arts, artist of France, Parisian culture, (for example Monet), then Dutch Van Gogh, then onward to NYC arts and etc.
The museum is very kid friendly, and I encourage parents to sit with their kids in the last room (after visiting all other fun rooms), let them watch and see each projected arts of these famous painters. Take your time. Let them explore.

At Arte Cafe, drinks are served cold (keep that in mind). However, if you are with a group, I recommend to visit Pier 57 Market for food instead which is 5 min walk away from the museum.

For tickets, I got them online. When I arrived there was few minutes line to get in. However I saw a few also got the ticket at the entrance. If you suspect a busy weekend or holiday, get your ticket in advance,
