"Broadway Plaza Hotel is in a great location for easy walking to many of the top NYC destinations and loads of great eating spots. The staff were super friendly and our junior suite had comfortable beds, a great shower and so handy to have a table and a couch as well as the huge beds. The street can be noisy - but so is anywhere in central NYC. So pleased we stayed here!"

"This was our first time visiting New York and decided to stay at this hotel we booked a room with a balcony and we were not disappointed! The views were amazing of the Empires State Building especially at night. The room was amazing we had lots of storage and the waters were replaced each morning. The room was cleaned everyday and it was spotless each time! The location of this hotel is perfect it's near so many restaurants, bars and cafes. It's a 2 minute walk to the subway station too. We tried the Mexican restaurant next to the hotel which was really nice. Next time we visit New York this hotel will be 100% where we will stay we really couldn't fault anything abut it. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough fr us especially Antony who carried our suitcases to the taxi. We can't wait to come back!"

The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and shops, and within easy walking distance to the subway and major attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit.
We brought up a small issue with the hotel regarding assistance with our airport transfer on the day of departure, and they responded promptly and helped us resolve it with ease.
Overall, it was a great base for exploring New York, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended."
