My only thing was that I felt unwelcomed- the 3 girls were staring me down the entire time while I was shopping; they were helping the others in the store but completely ignored me…
Right before paying I took off MY bracelet and mentioned that I wanted to play around with the new charms to see where I wanted them to go; the girl behind the counter questioned if it was an already existing bracelet even after clearly stating it, mind you none of the charms I had looked remotely similar to any of the charms they sell
She helped me put on the new charms and replace the old one- as she was doing that the other two girls were pretending to browse around.
It definitely felt racially motivated, it made me feel so uncomfortable. Don’t know if I’ll recommend going here if you’re a person of color…
Don’t get me wrong they have an amazing charm collection but the 3 ex-sorority girls definitely ruined the experience"
