"Pier 11 is one of the city ferry stops for many of the lines. Don’t sleep on the ferry. It is a refreshing and gorgeous alternative to subways and buses. You will get some of the best views of the city and all the boroughs and cities that border us. There are even bathrooms and a bar/snack concession downstairs in every ferry.
The East River line is where the videos and photos attached were taken - between Wall Street and 90th street.
