Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Roosevelt Island Lighthouse Park for its breathtaking Manhattan skyline views and the unique 'Girl Puzzle' art installation honoring Nellie Bly. "The Lighthouse Park is about a mile from the F train station. You can walk along the East River or take the free Red Bus that should take to north but you still have to walk to the park about 10-15 min. The park honoring Nellie Bky with the Puzzle Girl installation is truly incredible. I went there today and have been reading about Nellie and her amazing life for hours after I got home.
I would recommend visiting the park early in the morning, before the crowds. I was there around 9:30am on a Saturday and the park didn’t have many visitors yet."
