"Great view on nice weather."

"Atrocious customer service. I understand that returns/refunds are complicated with this type event. However, we had a sick child that could not travel. I contacted customer service, and never received a response. Life happens, and there should be protocols for people to receive refunds.
If we ever do make it back to NYC, we will definitely not be using this company. Nor will we be recommending this service to our friends traveling to the area."

"Very fun and beautiful view from Ellis island"
