"Wow! This was a highlight of our trip. Fantastic experience, great views and river experience. Crew took photos for us and were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble! We departed from their Downtown Location at Pier 16 ( weekends only i think). It was so good the kids wanted to do it again! Tip: you may get a little wet if sitting on the right side 🤣"

"Absolutely blast. There were four of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and we used a city pass. Please note that with a city pass you MUST get timed tickets at the red circle line window when you arrive (we didn't know, and therefore waited an extra hour). The crew was friendly, helpful (took pics using your cell phone for free), and funny. This was one of our fave things from our NYC trip. They even ensured we got photos with the Statue of Liberty in the background. This is something I would absolutely love to do again."
