"Corrupt. Changed my speeding charge to another, couldn't find the code for it so they tore it up and changed it to loud exhaust......Brand new truck. All in front of the bailiff and judge. Tried telling me the officer in front of me was the one that wrote the ticket. He was twice the size of the officer that actually did. All corrupt garbage. Plead innocent always. Get an attorney. Make them spend money rather than getting yours so easily. Speed trap in Kirkersville is a joke."
