"We booked this adventure last week. I thought this would be great for my three boys. I’ve done this with my oldest son and had a great time. My youngest is nine. Instead of giving a minimum height on their website they give a minimum reaching height. We booked the trip and when we showed up my youngest son was 1 inch shy of the minimum reaching height. We were unable to do the adventure. We were told by the staff that we would get a full refund and it would take a couple days to process. After not receiving the refund as promised, we reached out and we’re told that we can only get a gift card credit But they would refund us for my youngest, who is unable to do the aerial course. However, when we got the gift card, it was for all four of us, including my youngest son, who is unable to do the aerial course at this time. This is unsatisfying to us. As a full refund should be warranted in this case. Would recommend they change to a minimum height to be more straightforward. On their website. Shouldn’t be able to give full refunds instead of credit would be very cautious using them in Future"
