"I really thought the bad reviews were overly sensitive people. Ummmm darn it nope. I was camping down the way. It’s going to be 98degrees but really wanted to get out on the shoreline for a little bit. Came in at 8:20am. They aren’t renting out paddleboard/canoe this early. Huh????? Why. Do they need to be serviced or what. Want me to wait until it’s close to 100 to get out on the water with no shade. People are right. The owner shouldn’t be in customer service. Thanks for making my weekend so great. Yeah I’ll be back later to rent when it’s sweltering HOT. Not, Bye. I should’ve drove to Murray Lake Sports and activities. Those owners are so darn welcoming and the lake is so beautiful. My mistake. Wont let it happen again."

"One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a marina. Lady was too interested in her nachos to get up and help us. I asked the same question 3 times and still didn't get an answer. Lazy people should not work a counter or be in customer service at all. Made my decision very simple though. Going to my other option where the service was polite and very accommodating."
