Cons: 1. Ridiculously small bag size. I've been to many different types of venues from Broadway to sporting events at various locations and never had to deal with this size. I had a 4 X 6 phone wallet and was told to open the 2 sections and take out a couple of mints. What could I possibly hide???
2. We had tickets that included an aisle seat. When we got inside the section where our seats were was closed. We were given new seats and told there were no aisle seats available. Then before the show started they opened our section and others were sitting in our seats. 🤨"
